Common questions.
When you create your first property, your 90-day free trial starts automatically. You can manage up to 3 units during the trial with no card required. Add a 4th unit and you'll be prompted to upgrade to Basic, any remaining trial days carry over. On day 91 you continue on Starter, or upgrade if you have grown past 3 units.
